As an entrepreneur, I will say that a core ability to spot trends in the behavior of markets and individuals is essential.
As a leader, the ability to spot trends can some time be used as a teaching tool.
I have watched this blog since my last entry to see if anyone else could spot the pattern of this debate on race.
After reviewing the entries on this blog, there is something very simple that you will all notice that I have already pointed out…
While Rosetta and I have broached this topic of race in philanthropy and society on a statistical basis of analysis, no one has provided a single refuting statistical fact to justify their position or provided a viable solution to overcoming issues of race beyond common clichés found in the popular white majority media.
In this blog we have witnessed Alice move from Rado to Marilyn in attempt to build support for views and evidence of her emotional attachment to this debate is reflected in her illogical attacks on me and conflicting rebuttals.
This exactly the behavior that constitutes and is meant by the phrase, "the marginalization of minority issues…"
Rosetta and I are not attacking whites or saying anyone is evil… we are merely repeating statistical facts that reflect a problem that need to be openly discussed.
The challenge that faces modern day White America is developing the ability and collective willingness to admit that there is actually still a problem of race in this country. Then having the willingness to listen to issues, formulate a plan, and act upon resolving the problem. Racism is America's alcohol and denial of the problem is counterproductive in establishing a united and just society.
The fact that this blog could be considered a valid debate is actually disheartening. A valid debate occurs when competing entities compare, contrast, and interpret bodies of data.
Would any of us participate in a blog on astrophysical theory, if we hadn't the training, reading, evidence, or legitimate platform from which to make our observational points?
So, why is this behavior readily accepted when discussions of race take place?
Alice… 'sister' as I should call you because we do share a common heritage, history, and culture that you should learn more about… Sorry to be the one to hold a mirror up for you to see yourself… but when you, Rado, or anyone else enters any intellectual debate, especially one as sensitive as race, and you choose to make blanket comments devoid of statistical evidence, then you should always prepare yourself to be met with a strong response from those that more informed on the topic than you are.
To quote my sister Alice,
"I do agree that upper class blacks often sound like their upper class peers in the latino and white communities."
Now to quote dictionary.com sociology definition of 'assimilation:'
" the merging of cultural traits from previously distinct cultural groups, not involving biological amalgamation. " sound familiar?
Again does anybody get that there is a difference between true diversity (mutual respect for each other's cultural differences) and assimilation / marginalization?
I bring up this point because all too often the defense commonly held by whites is that I have a Black friend. Do you really have black friend? Or do you have someone that by birth and circumstance has spent a lifetime attempting to fit in and be accepted by a racial group that is not their own?
We can not excuse incidents such as the various noose (plural) that have been hung in different areas of this country simply because an assimilated person of color was involved. That undermines the seriousness of the tragic events that are taking place across this country.
A logical & reasonable cause for concern should never be dismissed as victimology or antiquated or dysfunctional for simple reasons.

Anyone else noticing a pattern here? These events didn't happen 50 years ago… these events are not on black and white video.
These events and many more that go unreported are the exact ones that are fueling the divide amongst us. We can collectively choose to pay attention and have open, logical, and reasonable discussions about how to resolve statistically proven & continuous racial discrepancies before its too late or we can collective wait until violence strikes again and be forced to deal with the ugly aftermath.
For those of you who care enough to read about the topic and learn more… or those of you who simply don't believe racial conditions are 'that bad' I will give you my homework:

So sister maybe I am not duped… maybe I am just informed… maybe all the facts and figures I have provided in just 10 minutes of web browsing point back to my original warning that we are nearing race riots in this country and we all need to start discussing true forms of UNITY that will relieve the tensions that have already built up on all sides.
The website that I designed operates without race being a factor for a donor to search for children below the poverty line. (racial identities of children in photos are randomize by the PDO database as well)
The reason that I designed it that way, as stated in my original posting and herein eloquently repeated by a sister who actually incorrectly believes that we are in disagreement…
"Race will always matter but never as much as class…."
Please read my macroeconomic theory on Social Welfare and tell if I am wrong….

The PDO system will eventually spread around the world along with the Internet… PDO takes those born in poverty and provides them a technological means of attaining a better life by compensating for a recipients weak points and strengthening their strong points… NOT by denying the issues faced by those in poverty… PDO empowers them.
However, just because millions of children, families, and individuals shall eventually rise out of poverty thanks to my efforts and more importantly the efforts of those that support me in establishing PDO the issues that divide us should never be allowed to sway so far out of balance in favor of a particular group that we collectively are deaf to real concerns of another group.
Hell, I might be first black leader not to be assassinated because I am feeding the KKK's children on this mission as well. Only time will tell…
Sis I commend you for at least making the effort to make the world a better place by volunteering with the homeless which is already more than effort than a lot of people put in… And you can see this posting a personal attack or you and anyone else that agrees with you can see my criticisms for what they are… accurate and informed advice on debating in general.
Our racial spheres have become so stratified in this country that black leaders simply aren't being recognized. For many of my generation we revere Tupac Shakur as a political leader and carry his memory with us as we do Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Fred Hampton, and other leaders before them.
Black intellectualism and leadership are being undermined on national television everyday by South Park's use of "Token"… however I see no movement to ban that word. I met a group of University of Michigan Phd candidates in aerospace & financial engineering who greeted me on first meeting with chants of "token, token, token" None of people these considers themselves racist… so when does the joke stop being funny?
When these same people enter corporate structures how will they be able to interact minority supervisors and co-workers? Does the large amount of African American leaving the corporate structure to start their organization reflect anything?
There is a fact specific to the philanthropy world that is simple to understand… I have been in New York knocking on doors and visiting offices, informing people of the PDO prototype and those that have listened to my presentation and actually read the mouse over tooltips on the recipient and donor portal have come to the realization that my website simply works.
So why have the only people in the philanthropy world to reach out to me in the spirit of collaboration and unity have been African American.
The Director of Public of Public Health at the Earth Institute, Joanan Rubinstein, also knows my site works… read her email to me from August…. Can anyone explain why Jeffrey Sachs is too busy for a one hour meeting to discuss a website project that his own staff so strongly endorses? I thought we shared a common mission to end poverty?
http://povertysdemise.org/RubinsteinLetter.html
Can anyone tell me how The Open Society Institute just from the sound of my voice, without visiting website was able to assess that my poverty program doesn't fall within any of their grant making guidelines within an hour of me applying?
While some might write this off as victimology and more "complaining" by a minority… what is true is simply true.
Some will question my judgment in posting this I know… but being ignored millions of people are suffering and I have an answer… simply is not an option. Through controversy or collaboration PDO will become a reality.
Children of all races are dying poverty everyday, I have a technological solution that is amazing easy and effective to solve the problem… however the only persons within in the charity world that have really reached out to assist me in developing my dream have been Blacks, and other minorities… with the exception of Jak and John (buddies).
Disappointing fact… but true none the less.
I don't set my meetings and agendas by race…I have scheduled meetings by whoever will listen regardless of race… While I hate to have my launch of PDO clouded within a debate about race, I would be doing a disservice to those who will come after me and face similar challenges if I did not follow Rosetta's lead and simply speak up about real issues.
This will be my last posting on this site and no I will not be checking for replies because I have an organization to build and lives to save…. It's a choice of 'blog" or "execute"….
I choose "execute" over words any day because execution is positive action.
If you support PDO don't just read this blog… take action. Volunteer, make a donation, help open doors to organizations that are able comprehend that even blacks hear the call to action of philanthropy and wish to participate.

PS… show your support for Craigslist Foundation as well… at least they had the decency to take a meeting and show their support for feeding children…
